1. What should I wear? What should I bring?
Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a t-shirt and a sweatshirt or similar depending on the weather. You can wear trainers to start with or you can do Tai Chi and Chi Gung in your socks. You do not need to bring a mat. You may wish to bring a drink.
2. Will I have to buy a uniform?
No, you can continue to wear your own comfortable clothing.
Some people prefer to buy a t-shirt or sweatshirt, with the Tai Chi logo, for convenience so they always know what to wear. They are purchased from a local company and can be ordered at any time. You can chose the colour of the top and the colour of the Tai Chi logo
Although we are a group and all display the same Tai Chi logo we are all individuals too
3. Do I have to pay upfront for block classes?
No, all of the Tai Chi classes are pay as you go. There is no need to book a place and you can just turn up at any class. If you are coming along for the first time, especially if you are a beginner I would recommend that you contact me first so I know to expect you and can plan the class accordingly. Workshops, courses, sword, stick and silk classes are not regular events and places have to be booked in advance
4. Do I have to join a club or pay annual membership fees?
No, I do not run a club so no fees are required.
5. Are you fully Insured and Qualified?
Yes, I hold full insurance as a Tai Chi Teacher and a Holistic Therapist. I am also insured to provide teaching certificates to those who wish to become Tai Chi teachers and also to provide certificates to therpaists who wish to learn and practice holistic therapies.
6. Do you sell DVD's, books etc?
