Workshop
Tai Chi Sword Stick & Silk
Come along to learn the tai chi forms using the sword, the stick and the silk

£8 for the 2 sessions
Swords, Sticks and Silks will be provided
All places must be paid for in advance
If there is enough interest after the workshop I will continue with regular classes after Easter

INFORMATION and BOOKING
Courses and workshops are generally open to everyone although occasionally some will be specifically for Tai Chi students. They offer opportunities for everyone to learn something new, but are also ideal for massage therapists, aromatherapists, reiki healers etc as CPD.
Day courses run from approx 10-4 and cover a variety of topics. Workshops are around 2 hours and usually cover one topic in detail
6 CPD points are isued for each day course and 2 for workshops. CPD Certificates should be requested when booking
All places need to be booked and paid for in advance
