Tai Chi Qigong

 

Doors Open at 10.00am

Tai Chi Qigong until 11.30am

​

Tea and Biscuits until 12noon

Suitable for people of all abilities

We respectfully ask that young children should only attend if they are

able to join in or watch quietly
