TAI CHI QIGONG SESSIONS

We continue to reduce the number of people at each session, allowing space for everyone.

We encourage good hygiene and will continue our usual high standard of cleaning and ventilation

We encourage the use of face coverings while in close proximity to others, usually when arriving & leaving.

We are not ready for people to turn up to sessions without contacting us first as we still need to manage the number of people who attend.

Teaching correct body alignment to aid joint, neck and spine discomfort.

Support for those with fatigue, fibromyalgia, M.E. & similar.

A space to feel accepted while navigating the roller coaster of life.

Suitable for all adults who wish to help themselves.
