We are a small, family run academy, preferring to maintain a personal connection to everyone who attends our classes, based in Desford, Hinckley, & Nuneaton
Leicestershire & Warwickshire UK.
We both specialise in Qigong sessions for those may need to sit for some or all of the time
Debbie is a Posture & Body Alignment specialist helping people with joint & spine issues
Debbie supports people with Chronic Fatigue, M.E & similar, within her Qigong sessions
Mark specialises in Tai Chi Qigong sessions for those who are in the older population
Helping people who may be exhausted from illness or the stresses of life.
Helping older people improve balance & boost their confidence.
Helping everyone else to stay well and vibrant.
